So my sister is due her much longed for ivf baby. She also celebrates a milestone birthday.
We lost our mum at 45 and she will sadly miss being a part of any of these celebrations.
Has anyone a lovely gift idea I could give her to keep mum as part of the celebrations , Tia

Wait until the baby is born then have a picture drawn of your DM and the baby? We got one as a gift from Charlie’s Art it was amazing! If you still have any of her old clothes have them made into a small teddy for the baby?

Do you have any samples of your mum's handwriting? I have a silver disc necklace with my DGF's signature engraved on it. I was also able to keep on a locket he gave me whilst I was in labour- until I was prepped for surgery anyway! Might be a nice way to keep your mum "with" her during the birth?

If you have any old clothing of your mums then there are lots of people on Instagram who make them into teddy’s and pillows, I follow a girl called handmade by holly who makes these with little notes attached x
