Hi everyone I'm 36 weeks pregnant and have a constant aching sore pain down below. The last few days it was on and off and I assumed it was because baby was really low. Last night and today the pain seems to have moved over to the right side of my vagina/ down below but the pain is constant and sore and I'm struggling to walk properly . Has anyone else had this

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Sounds like SPD! I have the exact same pain. Have a hot bath and relax.

It does sound like SPD. But if you are in anyway concerned or think it's an infection then go to the doctor/midwife.

I struggled for ages till my midwife advised me to take a paracetamol - it helped. (Have no idea why I didn't think of it!)

@latheritup
I've never had this before it's only been the last two weeks or so on and off but today it's just awful!

@Mumdiva99
I had the midwife yesterday and tested my urine and said everything was fine. Didn't mention the pain to her as tbh it wasn't so bad the last two weeks and i thought it would be the pressure from the baby, but today it's awful.

@mummy2beAT how are you now?

Mummy2beAT · 27/01/2020 11:39

@Mumdiva99
I feel a bit better today. I'm assuming it's baby sitting low and limiting my movement , period pains have seemed to have gone. I'm so confused . How are you

I have this as well, had it with first pregnancy but not till late on but have had it for weeks now (31 weeks). I go to the physio regularly which helps and hot baths and try to avoid being on feet for too long. It's bloody painful x

Ask for physio, try the pain relief (if you don't mind taking them when pregnant), there are bands you can wear too. -- I remember waddling like a penguin on the school run! I hope you get some relief.
