How do you try to stay comfortable later In your pregnancy?
I'm 38+5 and struggling massively to get and stay comfortable. It doesnt matter how I position myself and bump I still cant stay comfy for long. I'm nearing tears for a little bit of comfort :(

The only things that helped me were:

  • walking. Combined with gel heel insole supports
  • light aerobic exercise in the morning. Pregnancy exercise dvds generally
  • swimming.
  • yoga. Especially before bed.
  • lots of water. Yes, you have to wee a lot but it helps with fluid retention.

I still got quite uncomfortable a lot of the time but all the stretching and oxygenation definitely helped me feel better.
