Eaten off fish!

I've just realised the salmon I cooked tonight had a use by date of 21st Jan!! It didn't smell or look funny but now I'm in a state of panic 😩 what are the chances of me getting food poisoning and harming my baby? I'm 19 weeks pregnant.

Verrrry low. If it smelled fine, tasted fine and you didn't get a strange feeling whilst eating it, it's absolutely fine. The dates are just guidelines.

@2monstermash thanks 😊 yes it smelt and looked fine! I'm such a worrier I'm making myself feel sick with worry.
