Is it normal to have cramps more on one side?

I'm about 6 weeks pregnant for the first time. I have very light cramps - not painful at all. It mostly feels like a pulling. The cramps are mostly on the right side. It's been like this for about 3 days.
Is this normal? Any advise or reassurance would be great

This is perfectly fine it's round ligament pain! Unless you have pain and bleeding then it is nothing to worry about x

We are 4+2 weeks pregnant and my wife is having pains on the right side also. Yesterday she had to stop walking the dog because they got uncomfortable, she has been very VERY gassy though.
We went to out of hours who said it’s nothing to be too concerned about but has advised us to go for blood tests to make sure the levels are rising accordingly x
