7DPO very very very faint line

I'm 7 DPO. Feel pregnant. Period isn't due for 4 days yet but, got, Sore breasts, fatigue, acne break out (experienced all in first pregnancy). Just done a first response early tear and very very very faint second line. Has anybody else had similar experience and gone on to receive BFP?

I don't know if it's a bad picture but I'm really sorry I don't see a second line... maybe you should leave it a few more days and test again?

Too early. If the egg has been fertilised, it implants about 7DPO. Only at that point does your body recognise a pregnancy, start producing HCG & give symptoms. Just hang on a few days

I had symptoms from 3dpo and confirmed with a v v faint line 8dpo - line got darker than the control line by day of missed period - it's definitely not too early to experience symptoms, though from what I've read most people don't experience them so soon.
