HOT FEET

Does anyone else get this at night? My feet are on fire since I've been about 5 weeks at night. To the point I have to get up and put them in cold water in the bath sometimes.

MEEE!!
I'm 20 weeks and still get it. I sit on the sofa with a cold, wet towel over them and ocassionally need to take an ice pack to bed for them.

I googled it and lots of people seem to have the same thing. Just another wonderful side effect it seems!

Oh and it's definitely worse on days I've been doing lots of walking

YES ME!

They wake me up at night and I have to stick them out of the covers!

Bibby26 · 24/01/2020 12:48

Yes mine are definitely hotter than normal!
Normally I have incredibly cold feet so wear socks to bed etc! If I do that now i end up with awful hot flushes all night.

I wonder if it’s to do with all that extra blood maybe it gives us better circulation? 🤨
