Subsequent pregnancies - same symptoms?

I have only been pregnant once before and had a couple of days of dizziness around what I assume was implantation.

For those of you who have been pregnant more than once, did you find you had similar symptoms early on each time?

Yes actually. The only symptom I got before 6 weeks in both pregnancies was heartburn. I never get heartburn at any other time than when pregnant .. it started both times about 4 days before my period was due!

Yes! Both pregnancies went of cups of tea straight away, that's how I knew number two baby was on the way. Both boys.

I've had 4 pregnancies. First was nausea in the 1st trimester then spd later on, second was a mmc and no symptoms at all, 3rd was nausea, heart burn and WEIRD cravings, current pregnancy is the most sicky one.

Do same symptoms indicate same sex?
I had no nausea in the first pregnancy but the second one gave me a lot of stickiness in fittest trimester. First was a boy second..waiting to know the sex

Found out around 4-5 weeks on both. No symptoms just a feeling in the week or two before the test x

Last time I had dizziness, headaches and sore boobs before I found out. This time my only v early symptom was back ache.

Yes definitely! I've had 3 pregnancies (2 losses unfortunately) but every time pretty much straight after conceiving I get a really bad belly 😂 x

No the early bit was quite different. First pregnancy definitely felt pregnant: implantation pains, very positive blue line, nausea, metallic taste - all those.
Second wasn't sure, very faint blue line, a bit of spotting, wasnt convinced till I had early scan.

twice and I’ve been totally different, first I had horrible heartburn, hyperemesis from the start, fainting and barely able to function along side constant thrush that lasted till he was out.

This time I’ve been ok, heart burn started around 16 weeks and worsened at 30weeks.. I only tested because one of my close friends has always had her period the week after me and she complained she was late it’d slipped my mind and initially I blamed it on pp and still combi feeding ds. But I’ve puked maybe once or twice.. and that was during sick bug season in our house.

And for pp both of mine are apparently boys (ds definitely is but I’ve still a good few weeks with this one)

Had sickness, dizziness, lethargy and sore breasts with DC1. Only had heartburn with DC2, no other symptoms. Carried them differently too, both boys

This is all very interesting! I’m wondering whether I feel dizzy or if it’s just a cold coming on...

I've had different symptoms. First time I had horrendous heartburn that landed me in hospital. Second time I've had ligament pain.

Got my period this morning. Feel so silly getting excited about phantom early symptoms. Good luck to those of you out there trying.
