Hi everyone. I'm new to this so bear with me.

I'm trying to conceive and I recently read a lot of reviews on the vitabiotics pregnacare before conception vitamins. They are supposed to be very good at helping people conceive. But I would like to hear from others who have tried them. Any success stories would be appreciated!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I had his and hers ones of these and they only worked for me when we were both taking them, but we got caught the first month both times xx

It's all crap! 😝 Over priced vitamins labelled to help with conception, just so they can bump the price up when it's not necessary if you have a good diet.
Definitely take Vitamin D and Folic Acid and you can buy them dirt cheap. No need for the fancy pants ones!

I'm taking folic acid, vitamin d, evening primrose oil, iron, omega 3, vitamin c and zinc..

DH is taking the wellman conception tablets..
No success story yet but ovulation is in the next few weeks so we shall see Smile
Good luck x

I took these and it made my period late for the first time ever - by 8 days! I was convinced I was pregnant but wasnt. I read around and a lot of people said the same thing. Apparently the vitamin b6 can delay the second part of your cycle (the luteal phase from memory).

As @Ginge35 said. As long as your not deficient (as shown on a blood test) you just need folic acid ( during ttc and pregnancy) and vitamin D (during pregnancy and breastfeeding) as advised by the NHS following significant research.

We used them . The first and second month of trying we didn’t use anything and then after my third period after my coil removal , me and my husband took them (he took the Pregnecare man one for healthy sperm) and i got pregnant that month. Coincidence or not, it didn’t do any harm taking them. good luck xx

I'm similar to PP, trying for months just taking folic acid, then started taking these (and DH taking the Wellman ones) and a month later I was pregnant. Might just be coincidence but I will definately take them again when trying for next baby.

Load of rubbish OP. We've been ttc for 18 months with pregnacare conceive and gave up. No more pill popping/OPKs/temps and guess what happened this month? BFP of course!

I've been to boots to buy pregnancy vitamins and bought the boots own brand ones. They were £3.80 compared to £12 per box for exactly the same thing.
