Struggling really bad with sciatica down my right hand side! I'm 30 weeks and looking for any sort of relief people have found?
Had it with my first baby but it only lasted a few days and nowhere near as bad as this!
Just got stuck putting my baby to bed and I'm now scared to move Incase I get stuck again. It's soooo painful 😭

I have sciatica but I'm only a couple weeks gone, but have dealt with it for a while even before I was pregnant.
If you can, get on your hands and knees and lift you leg like a dog having a wee and then straighten your leg as far as you can. Repeat this about 10 times.
If you can also sit in a frog position, that really helps too. I appreciate your bump will get is the way, so if you struggle do the same pose but put your feet together, lie on your back and get your partner to gently press your knees out and gently rock you side to side.
It should loosen your hips enough to take the pressure off your nerves.
I hope that helps you! 🥰

Sorry to jump on this thread with no advice. I hope it eases for you OP.

I am (hopefully) 9+4 and my right leg feels like it's on fire, I've got definite groin pain only on the RHS, ankle pain and in my RH butt cheek - could this be sciatica? It's just come on today after a walk.
