.. doc told me today I'm about 6-7 weeks!
I have a few general questions as not due to see midwife until next week!
Can you have peppermint tea/capsules??
I workout a lot weight training and cardio.. any advice or not to do? As I'm so worried now I've cut it back
To 30 mins and hardly doing any weights as too nervous?!? Lol!
What's the recommendation on acrylic nails?
I'm taking folic acid but any other vitamins I should be taking??
Any other tips advice welcome please
