Any top tips for reducing heartburn in pregnancy? Esp natural remedies. Coming at me full throttle this week so looking to get in under control!

I always had a bottle of Gaviscon by the bedside table. It's totally safe and the best way of combatting it.

Gaviscon is the only thing that helps me got other stuff on prescription but didn't do much so back to gluging gaviscon .

I drank lots of milk and ate those mint remegel I think they're called? Like mint starbursts, kinda 😂 but I hated anything else.

I've been suffering and finally got my GP to prescribe me omeprazole last week. It is safe in pregnancy and one tablet a day has got it completely under control. Given I was randomly throwing up stomach acid with no warning when I burped last week (which was not the most fun in the middle of an important meeting Blush) I'm very grateful
