February Due Date - signs of labor ?

I’ve just reached 37 weeks. Been having Braxton hicks, stomach tightening and increased milky discharge (TMI). Back pain has been back for a week or so now and just put this down to SPD. This is my first pregnancy and I’m just worried about infection or if this is just a sign of labor being not so far away. Midwife advised baby is fully engaged and in correct positioning etc. I’m just worried if I should be at the doctors etc.

Are you having regular tightenings/period style crampings? Have you noticed your waters breaking at all?

I've also just turned 37weeks today and been noticing very similar symptoms. My first baby came at 35weeks after my waters spontaneously going at 34+4 so this is all new territory and i never had any braxton hicks or similar type pains first time round. From reading other forums, I'm getting the impression that these are all common and doesnt mean labour is imminent but if you're really worried, could you call your midwife?

I’ve been having period cramps for over a week now! Been checking for waters and there’s no sign of a gush etc or trickle.. I have had major discharge though which is watery but it still has like a white tinge.

I have another scan on the 28th just for growth checks so I’m going to try hold off and just see if I’m being overly cautious. I just have this feeling she’s coming but maybe I’m just being excitable

I’m 36 weeks and have been having period pains and intense Braxton Hicks for a good few days. Hoping it’s not early labour as I’ve got a planned C Section booked for 2 weeks time as baby boy is complete breech!

I have been feeling increased pressure for the last two weeks and pretty strong period like pain. Doing all sorts at the moment to hurry things along as I'm feeling really impatient and fed up!
Bump has definitely dropped so I'm keeping as active as I possibly can!

It all sounds pretty standard tbh. I've had tightenings, discharge and cramps since 35 weeks but I'm now 39 weeks 😞

Sounds similar to me but I'm nearly 40 weeks now keep feel like baby is on her way but nothings happend just yet!

These babies are keeping us guessing 😂 I had some sharper pains again tonight and seeming to be about every 10 minutes or so! No signs of waters breaking yet so just going to hold off until there’s something worth phoning for. Just don’t want to phone triage and seem like I’m being pedantic.

How are you feeling today OP?
I am getting constant shooting pains down below - very uncomfortable! I had a midwife appt this afternoon and baby is 3/5 engaged and is beginning to position his back towards my belly which is a good sign! I'm hoping this will mean he's here soon 😍 fingers crossed!

I went to triage last night as I had such bad stomach pains! Got sent home as baby was engaged but apparently not in labor so just trying to sort the house out and hope she’s coming soon. Had the pains today and down my leg! Hope she comes soon

Am 36 weeks tommorow.For me no signs of labor at all.No cramps or braxton hicks.Just increased watery discharge.Due date is 21st Feb
Am beginning to think baby might arrive on March.
Have a scan next week tuesday.Will see how it goes.

I'm having a quiet day today sign-wise...no aches, no pains, no nothing! Hubby calls me from work once a day to check in but I had nothing to report whatsoever 😣 I know I'm only 37+2 and could be a few weeks yet before baby arrives but I am itching to have him out now!

I had similar from 37 weeks. Checked out twice. Baby came yesterday at 39+4. Sorry!

You never know I went to an active birthing class and the physio said all she had was back pun went to hospital and she was 9cm dilated!

I’m 4/5 engagement so hopefully not too far to go! I’ve definitely started nesting I’ve used half a bottle of disinfectant today 😂 I feel so impatient I just want her here so I know exactly how you feel on those days! As long as she gets here when she’s ready and safe that’s the main thing

I’m due 5th February, so 38 + 2 at the moment

I’ve had the same period like pains and tummy tightening! I’ve been in full on nesting mode too 😂

I’ve been making sure to use my ball and be up and about and such, here’s to hoping we won’t have to wait much longer for our little ones to arrive!

I have just been on a 1.5 hour walk - suddenly had so much energy! Trying to do walks daily at the moment. Going to balance it out a bit now though by having a little snooze - I guess we have to try to get all the rest we can at the moment don't we ☺️

39+1 and not so much as a sniff of labour. Worked out I have practically been pregnant for 12 months less 3 weeks due to a miscarriage, so definately fed up and want to see my little human! I'm going to try and persuade my midwife to book an induction for next week but she seemed very adamant that nothing would be done until 40+12. So I'm feeling very deflated and like I'm never going to meet my child right now :(

I'm 37+3 with my second, but my first was an EMCS under general due to preeclampsia at 35ish weeks, so I've never gotten this far, it this big, and don't really know what I'm supposed to look out for, or to do! For the past 3 days I've been having some period like cramps, and standing and walking is getting so painful as the pressure hurts a lot! But nothing apart from that. I've been having regular growth scans because of last time, and at my last scan 3 weeks ago baby was footling breech so spontaneous labour probably isn't a good thing right now! I've got another scan on Wednesday so we can see where she is and decide what to do from there. I'm such a jumble of emotions as I'm terrified of labour, but also terrified of being out of control with another c section!!

38+3 here and nothing new to update aside from a few back twinges this morning whilst laying in bed! I'm hoping this could mean the start of things to come!
