Clear blue fertility monitor. High or peak?

Hi

I have been TTC for a while after 2 miscarriages. I have found out I have PCOS and have been out on metformin.
I am using the clear blue fertility monitor and have had my High days for 4 days ...
just wondering if it’s best to have sex on high or peak days?
