Heya Lexi,
I don’t have any remedies I’m sorry however I’m 22 weeks pregnant with my first and haven’t been getting much sleep either for various reasons (uncomfortable, need to pee all the time, my other half snores!) so I spoke to the midwife about it and she said it won’t affect the baby at all. So while it won’t be much fun for you, I wouldn’t worry about it causing any problems for your baby.

hey!

Im 31 weeks pregnant and also not sleeping. It wont harm the baby, but you'll just be tired. Ive found that if im active in the day, like work (I have an active job), or if I go for a walk/to the gym/for a swim it helps. My sleep is really broken anyway, but that makes it a bit better.

Hope it helps!

The most ironic thing you'll hear when pregnant is "get all the sleep you can before baby comes" in actual fact, pregnant women don't sleep. It's horrific and I'm sorry but it doesn't get easier 😞
Avoid caffeine, sugar, eating late, get comfy and try some hypnosis videos on YouTube.

And good luck xxx

I hardly slept at all from week 18 onwards and can assure you my baby wasn't affected at all.
