Just had my growth scan and baby is measuring on the 90th percentile. Was anybody else's baby measuring at this size at this stage? How heavy were they when they were born? Terrified I'm having a massive baby!😂

Mine. Went overdue by 2 weeks and was a healthy 9 pound 4 baby girl. Labour was no problem. Now 37 weeks pregnant with the second and having growth scans as baby looking on track to be a bit bigger. I'm not concerned as I managed fine last time.

I will say the measurements are notoriously inaccurate so don't try to worry too much!

Try not to worry too much rather!

Also 90th percentile isn't that bad. Some babies have to be in that range and it's still considered normal. X

My boy was literally off the charts for my build. I had a c-section so can't say how vaginal delivery would have been.

97th. He was 10lb 5 at birth. Elected c-section. I was quite surprised as he wasn't chubby at all, just long. Mind you, he did make the other babies look tiny. I was told they could be a pound out either way though. I'm pregnant again so it can't have been that bad!

And I was overdue by 10 days. They were going to induce me but I asked for a c section.

I've been 95th percentile all the way through (currently 38+5) but I'm 4ft 10" and pre-pregnancy was 8st. Now weighing 9st 3 so it's all relative really! Doesn't necessarily mean you are going to have a big baby - all depends on you :)
