Sides Uncomfortable

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and feeling quite uncomfortable on both sides of my waist, one at a time thiugh. It's like the baby is lieing closer to my back than my front and falling out at my sides. (Hare to explain) I wonder if there is anything out there that will support my sides, without squashing my front.

I find myself pushing on my side to try and get baby to move forward a bit. I also feel like I need to sit very upright like meerkats posture. 😂

Has anyone else had this? Did you find anything to wear that helped it?

Thanks

I’m also 22 weeks and have this. Although it’s mainly right at the bottom, where my appendix would be, if that makes sense. I do feel quite bloated and uncomfortable at times but I think that’s to be expected.

I haven’t got any remedies - sorry. X

I'm 33w, and had this since god knows what week I can't actually remember, but same as previous poster mines it more at the front and low. But I find myself doing that meerkat sit that you speak about (lol!). No remedies that I know of or that have worked though, sorry :(

So I've actually made sense...and it's not just me then!
I have found it weird as with my first pregnancy it wasn't like this. It was all at the front. I've also felt like I'm being kicked internally a lot more. Theres no chance of my hubby feeling the kicks or movements because they are all aimed at my insides!
