My ds has woke up this morning with a temp, screaming sore throat and really congested - I'm now just really worried about picking it up as little one could put in an appearance any time (36 +3 but ds was born at 35+4).
Does anyone have any tips for avoiding it (other than hand washing etc) or how I can minimise the symptoms if I do get it?
