Currently 30 weeks pregnant - fourth pregnancy for me by will be our 3rd baby - DS1 was stillborn in 2017, DD1 born July 2018 (all fine) and this one DS2 is due in March. (Plan is to be induced at 37 weeks due to previous stillbirth).

Today I have really struggled. Felt a bit "off it" all day. Been eating and drinking but no real appetite. Been pooing a lot, 5/6 times and still feeling like I need to go but nothing much happening when I do. Has been quite soft and messy though (Sorry).

Vomited tonight about an hour after eating tea and admittedly felt better afterwards.

I'm on omeprazole for bad reflux, which has been working. I came to bed after taking night time tablet and i have woken up twice since choking on reflux and nearly being sick again Sad

I'm scared to sleep propped up and on my back because of increased stillbirth risk but I also don't want to be choking all night.

Feeling pretty foul and a bit down in the dumps. Sympathy and similar stories with happy endings welcome!

Yes, me. I'm 34 weeks, 4th baby. In one sense its been the easiest so far as I'm so busy with the others but were all getting over a bug, my eldest isn't sleeping and it's now catching up with me. I am exhausted, have mild pgp, can't stand the thought of being touched and am fed up.
At least it's not summer, I suppose.

TheLolaMontez · 20/01/2020 08:40

I feel your pain @Junobug Sad
I think I too have caught a bug, I was up all night on the toilet Blush thankfully no more sick, just the other end now! Got a few hours sleep in between but not much. DH has a short day at work today out of the house then he's back working from home should I need assistance.
I had no idea how truly painful my SPD was until I was trying to get off the sofa and to the bathroom in time 😩

I'm 31 weeks and I've been feeling a bit poo the last couple days!
Yesterday was feeling quite unwell and was vomiting too. I've also had a very loose tummy for couple days (messy like you lol)
I had quite a bad night sleep... got really bad pains on my thighs and woken up with it too. Not sure if it's because I self inject with clexane on my thighs or not but they are so painful I haven't gone to work today. Sad

36 weeks here and feel awful. Have also had the constant need to go to the toilet and then nothing much happens when I do. Added to the evil heartburn (I have a hernia anyway so pregnancy heartburn on top is wicked) and constant pain around my rib area, it's really not a fun time!! I'm just hoping now I don't catch whatever throat/cold thing my ds woke up with now ☹️

Mummy2beAT · 20/01/2020 09:09

I feel so awful too, 35+4 weeks , bad rib pain. Awful period type pain in the morning that seems to ease throughout the day along with a sickness feeling that comes and goes .

🙋‍♀️ Me too! I'm 31 weeks and am so over this now. Third baby and I'm just so exhausted, I've got SPD and horrendous heartburn even if I just drink water. Feel like I'm taking loads of stuff too as I have to guzzle gaviscon to cope with the reflux, have been given iron tablets and also Lactulose so my insides are just all over the place. Probably due to taking that concoction but nausea seems to be making a bit of a return too.

Another one here. 33+4, FTM. My Fitbit measured 2 hours sleep last night - I obviously stayed awake for too long for anything else to register. I know I got more than that, but not much more. I was just really uncomfortable, too hot, had sore thighs, shoulder and hips, and the wee one decided to have a party just to add to my fun!

Spent the weekend feeling sore, achy, tired and sick. DP promised he'd not drink yesterday, and give me a good massage in the evening. I was sooooo looking forward to it. Really unimpressed that he got pissed instead. Think I'll have a bath tonight instead - hopefully that'll help.

How is everyone doing??

Oh me too- 34 weeks with second baby. Had a scan two weeks ago which showed baby had barely grown since scan a month before. Growth scan booked in for Friday, and expecting steroid injections Friday afternoon. Nervous, not sure what to expect next. Constantly worrying that my bump isn't very big, baby kicks still feel light.
