Has anyone had a 16 week gender scan before? If so was it correct? I've heard a few negatives while looking online.
I've been looking at ultra sound direct and window to the room..both priced around 40 to 60 pounds. I dont think we will be able to wait for the 20 week scan at normal nhs hospital so really hoping we can get gender early

I had a 16 week scan at ultrasound direct with my daughter. It was right Smile

I did one and it was correct ! Definitely worth it!

I had them both times. They were correct and the second time was lovely as my nearly 4 year old could come. They played the heartbeat for her to listen to and the sonographer saw how excited she was ans made it special for us all.

I had one with my DD at window to the womb and it was correct. Sonographer was lovely, though I had to do some star jumps and brisk walking as madam was not very compliant.

I had one at window the the womb with my second, i was 17 weeks and it was correct. Was nice to be able to bring older DD with us to find out at the same time (she was 3)

I had two at 17/18 weeks. They were incorrect though very lovely and professional sonographer. Said girl both times!

My 20 week and a subsequent free orivate scan with the above company confirmed we were having a boy (not yet born tho!)

It is rare but does happen especially going from girl to boy. I personally would never have a 16 week or even early sexing scan again due to this.

Of course we have not yet had the baby so can't confirm exactly but once you've seen a boy scan I think it is pretty accurate! 😂

I had one at 15 weeks, just had my 20 week NHS and it was correct :)

Harmony test - but you are looking at over £500. They can tell you from 10 weeks. 99.9% actuate

I had a 16 week scan with ultrasound direct, couldn't have been clearer and more accurate.
