Anyone with cervical stitch experience?

Hi (my first post so I hope it’s in the right place!),
My husband and I have started trying for our third baby and I would be interested in any experiences anyone has had with cervical stitches (good or bad-I want to be prepared!).
In 2017 I had to have a lot of cervical tissue removed due to precancerous cells growing which apparently was graded as severe. At the time, the doctors said that it could still be possible to have more children (although that wasn’t on the horizon at the time) but that it would be high risk with a cervical stitch being required etc.
So here we are with a 6 & 4yr old hoping to go for round 3 in the near future & I’m just trying to gather as much info as possible.

Thank you

I had a rescue stitch at 18 weeks due to the cervix failing. Unfortunately it didnt work as it was put in when i was too dilated

I then had a stitch at 14 weeks a year later. It was taken out at 35 weeks and baby was born by elcs at nearly 38 weeks

There is a good website called keepemcookin that has a lot of people who have experienced this. I managed to just avoid it thankfully, I have spoken to a a friend of a friend since who had to have the stitch due to two late losses and has gone onto have two kids since she had the stitch in pregnancy.
