Hello ladies

Looking for some advice I have been told I have

gestational diabetes and I'm ok with that I have been doing what I was told to watch my diet etc and my sugar levels have been fine but they keep telling me the baby is slightly on the bigger end of the scale (which I have heard happens with gestational diabetes) they haven't said they are worried or that and they said baby is healthy I have an appointment on 22nd and was told "plan will be put in place"
Was just wondering if this has happened to anyone I know that the likelihood of me getting induced is higher I just don't know how many weeks they would take me it any advice on this would be amazing.

I had it it's quite easy to keep on top of once you get used to it. I was induced at 36 weeks but all down to the diabetes.
They said he was big for 36 weeks roughly 7.5lb so I had the steroids in my thighs which hurt like hell and got induced.
When he was born he was only 5.4lb so I wasn't very happy about the 7.5lb they told me he was they said growth scans can't always be correct.
Stay focused keep a check on baby's movements xx

Thank you very much they did say will have another scan as last time I was scanned they told me baby was 4lb,
When you had baby and was baby healthy? Even been less weight than they said?
I just want the baby to be healthy but waiting for them to tell me what there going to do is causing me a bit of anxiety.

Baby is still moving away fine and im happy with that, sometimes when my routine changes so does the baby's movements but what Iv been told that's normal.
