Help... infant carrier or 360 ispin?

Hi, just purchased a joie i-spin 360 car seat but now I’m starting to have regrets and thinking should I have gone for an infant carrier instead?

These are suitable from birth-4years, has anyone had one of these for a newborn?

If so, how did you transport baby out of hospital??

We’ve got an ispin, haven’t got a carrier. Plan to carry baby to car from hospital (midwife has confirmed this isn’t an issue).

Personally I couldn’t warrant An additional 200ish for a carrier and base for the sake of a few months (likely will be a big baby).
