Thoughts on my 14 weeks potty shot.

Before anyone lays into me about how I have to wait to know for sure, please save it! That much is obvious and I just want to know everyone's thoughts and experiences. No need to rain on my excitement :)

I had my first scan about a week and a half ago where I was measured as 14 weeks on the dot.

Got a potty shot. They didn't want to confirm and I know how girls can be swollen but I will be so surprised if this isn't a little boy! Thoughts?

I have a private booked on 16w + 3 but i can't stop thinking about it 😂

We didn't get a nub shot but skull theorists have said girl.

I've zoomed in and it looks like a loop of cord...although I'm by no means certain!

That looks a lot like my DC2’s scan. He’s a boy!

Oh it's a boy! We saw same shot in our scan and sonographer said "I'm so glad you wanted to find out because there was no hiding it after that shot"

Here is my boys 16week scan If it helps you! Looks pretty similar although since it is so early on your scan I would keep an open mind for a couple of weeks just in case!!

@bearfood you were right! It was the cord. It remained there up until the private scan when they use a blood flow detector to identify it separate from any genitals.
And @Clettercletterthatsbetter @Engard @Catlover10 you were all right too! I've got a baby boy 🥰

Congrats! I thought ours looked similar haha, makes me more convinced mine is a boy as well now as I was still having doubts about wondering if they were wrong somehow 😂
