Pregnant after MC- scared!!

I’ve just found out I am pregnant (about 4weeks) after my missed miscarriage in November and I am so scared of it happening again.
It’s only very early days at the moment but is there anything I can do differently to ‘prevent’ another miscarriage? I’ve read about low dose aspirin and progesterone (I’d only be able to get progesterone cream as doctors wouldn’t prescribe anything due to only having 1 miscarriage)
I know my MC is likely to have been caused by genetics but if there’s anything I can try which cant cause any harm but might do some good then I want to try it!
Also if anyone else is in a similar position and wants to join please do!
Just to add I’m 21 years old and healthy Smile

Hey @stickytoffeepud123 I'm so sorry to hear about your MC.
I'm 7+5 after 3 MC's so I can understand the anxiety you must be feeling. I think you should see your GP before you make any decisions to take anything other than folic acid/pregnancy vitamins. I tried taking low dose aspirin in one pregnancy and it still resulted in MC. My gynae consultant told me to take it again if I found myself pregnant but I had some spotting so I stopped taking it.
Have you considered having an early scan to help you feel a bit more relaxed. I had one at 6 weeks- this was NHS however it depends on your trust whether they would scan you early as most trusts don't scan until 2 or 3 MC's. However I've paid for early scans myself, sometimes Groupon or Wowcher have deals but normally they're around £70, if it gives you peace of mind it's a small price to pay.

Best of luck with your pregnancy! PM me if you need anything.
