39+2
Went for a walk earlier and was getting achey back assumed toddler in pushchair, a hill and shopping was the reason.

Since 10pm ever half hour or so for maybe 10 seconds my back aches and bump goes hard and a few shooty sensations down below.

But something makes me think I'm imagining it. I'm shattered. Didn't get to sleep. Till 5.30am and woke by 7am yesterday. Due to a, being uncomfortable and b, dd waking loads

All that's going thro my mind is if anythings gonna happen it need to wait till lunchtime haha. As dh working in the morning, his car broke so he's sorting that at work. I'm home with ds, dd and dsd.
The afternoon childcare will be easy.
Obviously it's lighthearted in the fact I know I can't specifically choose when

The other thing is weds I was only 4/5 engaged.

I can't remember how Labour started with ds was 14 yrs ago.
Qand dd I was induced so this is making me think.
I'm so tired but tempted to wait up 30 min to see if imagining it.

And when mw booked me in for Tues 39+5 I said I hope not to see you I want this baby out lol. She said you never know stranger things have happened which makes me think she thought id go to 40 + weeks.

Sounds promising, definitely. But! If I was you, I'd get some sleep in OP. If this is it, and you are already knackered, you're going to need all the energy you can muster. Try to relax and get a few hours in.

How exciting! Grin

Prob getting my hopes up but we shall see. Yeah I think I will but it'll be ages by time I get comfy so chances are I'll be awake. Dh snoring and ds chatting in his sleep loudly and frequently lol

I felt my contractions in my back like this with every DC. Never had a pain across my tummy once, just those tightenings.

Good luck Thanks

Just to say, fingers crossed for you for today, OP! I'm 39+2 and desperate for some sign of labour starting! It's my first and I'm so nervous, but I just want to do this now!
