I have had recurring thrush throughout my pregnancy. I'm 26 +3. It's non-stop, it just doesn't go! I've had multiple pessarys and the cream, but it comes back straight away no matter what I do. How else can I get rid of it? I feel so itchy and disgusting down there! TIA

Are you taking a course of pessaries over several days?

Try also bathing your bum and vagina in warm water with 2 teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda. I had mostly a start of external thrush at 21 weeks and canesten wouldn't do much , so I did also this and got rid of it.

My DD has it on her tongue in the first months( it's basically the same stuff) and the medication wouldn't do much. I used sterile gauzes and warm water with a tiny bit of bicarbonate of soda to lean her tongue. I got rid of it completely.

It's an old remedy but you can do it together with having the pessary and external cream.

Cut as much sugar as you possibly can from your diet - it feeds the yeast.
