yep

yep, paracetamol is fine. you should avoid ibuprofen, and aspirin unless it's prescribed for a special reason.

Perfectly safe.

Mumpbump · 30/08/2007 11:40

Yes - I was told I could take up to a 1g dose (which is I think the maximum). Someone on here said it doesn't "cross the placenta" which is why you can take it.

yes, it is one of the few drugs that are given the full all clear to use in PG

Fabulous. I need a bikini wax and I always take a paracetamol before to take the edge off!

Yes was given it by hospital doctor in very early pregnancy for urinary tract infection

On a separate point, waxing during pg is ten times more painful, ime! I did it a couple of times last time, but couldn't face it this time...

Oh god - you can read my mind! I was just about to ask that question .

Does it really hurt so much more?

Mumpbump · 30/08/2007 12:57

YES!!! Had a leg and bikini wax a week before my EDD last time. NEVER, EVER again...
