Hi

I posted not long ago about horrendous sickness and had a lovely lady tell me the advise I needed to get help which I now have. Sickness still hasn’t disappeared totally but since the medication i am able to handle it loads better..

BUT... lol I am absolutely exhausted I mean to the point I’m very fuzzy headed I’ve had two days off work this is my 2nd.. yesterday I stayed in to try build my energy up and sworn no matter how I felt I am taking my 17 month old out to a play area and a nice walk to feed the duck. It’s not happening I’ve started getting ready and had to sit down real quick as felt very faint and out of breath & now I’m faint. I feel absolutely terrible for not being able to do anything with my little girl & finding I’m loosing my rag a little when she’s running riot but she’s bored 😐 my partner works away and MIL never offers as always at her daughters, my family live in a different town. I am on thiamin from the hospital but I’m not sure it’s working.

So I’m basically looking for sympathy lol but really looking for some quick energy fixes or any vitamins I can buy to pick me up ?

Thanks again and sorry for the major long post xx

My midwife advised having sips of flat lemonade (the fizz can make sickness worse so best to let it get flat) as it has lots of sugars to keep your energy up. I also have zero energy and lay in bed for most of the day on my non-working days. I’m constantly nauseous and shattered but feel I’m slowly getting a bit better now, almost at 10 weeks so hoping this eases off in the second trimester.
