Symptoms at 8weeks

I found out new years day that I was pregnant I'm now 8+1, after my last misscarige at 13weeks I'm so paroind with every twich always looking after wiping too. I know they say all symptoms are a good sign but this morning I didn't feel sick so I'm kinda worried again that is gonna be a repeat, is it true that symptoms can come and go??? It's hard for me to get pregnant as ive got POCS I've done all possible things right this time too I've quit smoking so I can just have my 2nd child I'm so scared any advice??? Thank you.

Congratulations on your pregnancy.
FWIW I had no symptoms what so ever until about 16 weeks when I had burning nipples for a week. Then that went and I just had bad heatburn from about 26 weeks- right up to 38+3 when DS was born ☺️

If you could to reassure yourself why not book in for a private scan x

I am 7 weeks + 3 days and I have had 2 miscarriages in the past and 1 healthy baby.

I feel like my symptoms have reduced today and yesterday and am now also feeling completely paranoid too.As @PixieDustt said, have you thought about a private scan? I was thinking about booking one this weekend to put me out of my misery!

I've had 3 losses and 1 healthy boy who is now 4...im gonna give it till tomorrow and see if all is okay then as I know symptoms can come a go it's only sickness boobs are still sore and still feeling very tired. I really hope everything goes well for you keep me updated x
