Bit confused on maternity pay/leave...

I’ve done the MATB1, notified my employer of the dates etc etc but is there any sort of application for the government I need to fill out or will my employer take care of all my payments, not just the 6 weeks at 90% pay? Bit paranoid there is something I’ve missed that could mess up my payments, thanks

You don’t need to do anything - employer will sort their end

Your employer sorts it out if you're getting SMP. Its only if you're applying for Maternity Allowance that you need to do a different application
