Thought I was pregnant and I am not :(

I thought I was pregnant and convinced myself I was going to be having another child but now my period has started and I feel so emotional and almost like I have lost a child. Has anyone ever felt like this before? I don't know what to do

Hey I know how you feel. It's totally irrational but you can't help feel hopeful and the two week wait feels so long! Just get through this period and you can try again next month. Good luck

I felt so sure I was pregnant a few years ago that after I found I wasn't I cried at anything with kids in it lol. It's just the hormones, try not to be too sad, there's still next month x

Yes after ttc for over 2.5 years there were a few times I thought I was. Especially one month I was 13 days late on my period and even went to my doctors who did a blood test and conf I wasn't. Its heartbreaking but you'll get you bfp, I did eventually x
