Headaches

I’m 15 weeks pregnant and have had a headache that’s kept me awake throughout the night. I have to take 75mg of aspirin every day but do I ignore this as it’s such a low dose and take paracetamol as normal?

I take paracetamol for headaches and I'm on the daily aspirin too.

Your ok to take the normal amount of paracetamol, I suffered so bad for the first few months with headaches so I feel your pain :(
