First baby BFP

Hi all!
I got my BFP yesterday! The test said 1-2 weeks and the midwife said to ring back at six weeks. I’m confused as not sure whether you class yourself as 4 weeks so ring in 2 weeks or if I am about 2 so ring in 4? All the calculators online say to class it from the first day of your last period which would make me 4+1. Might sound really daft but it’s my first pregnancy so I need some guidance please! Thank you all.

Yes you calculate from the first day of your last period so you're 4 weeks. Usually you get your booking appointment about 9 weeks
