Sore bump

I'm 17+3 with baby #2

Tonight I've got tummy / bump ache.

I wore a pair of non-maternity trousers today, that felt ok in the morning, but uncomfortable by the end of the day, so I initially thought that was the problem. Changed into soft stretchy pyjamas a couple of hours ago but still feeling sore.

The discomfort is constant (not like waves or contractions) and situated at the bottom of my bump.

Fully prepared (and hoping) for this to be some sort gross pregnancy side affect such as trapped wind. Anything I can try to relieve the discomfort before I work myself into a state thinking that something is wrong?

Would love a soak in the bath but unfortunately that's not an option and I'm not sure that standing in the shower will have the same effect.

Maybe it's a urine infection?

@mummyduckduck I’m in exactly same position as you!
Fees like period cramps really low down! I did my pregnancy yoga and got a hot water bottle now but it’s still there?
I know everything’s okay as I had an ultrasound today and baby is fine?
Going to see how I feel in the morning.

Hope you feel better soon xx

I'm 17 weeks and have been having pains in my lower abdomen for a few days -
actually, they seem to be subsiding now. I think that they are caused by the ligaments stretching which is meant to be common around now, but it was bloody painful at times.
