Sharp pain in left breast 11 weeks pregnant

Hi guys, I have been experiencing sharp pains on and off in my left breast since 3 days and really bad pain in my nipple aswell, is that normal or anything to worry about? Anyone else had this too?

Is it your first? I had this with my first but not since. It was totally fine I think it was just getting milk in. I’m no doc though, if you’re concerned you should mention to your midwife

My breasts were so painful in early pregnancy. I remember someone side swiping me at the train station, absolute agony.

@Rosehip345 hey yes it's my first it's so uncomfortable specislly when I lay down maybe milk duct doing there thing lol have a gp appointment tomorrow will mention it to them and midwife

@JassyRadlett yes for me it's worse when I lie down so uncomfortable 😭
