Vitamin D is also recommended

Hi OP the midwives suggested pregnacare as they include much more than just folic acid and vitamin D and are recommended throughout pregnancy however I prefer to take seven seas pregnancy tablets as they contain ginger and really do help with nausea. Speak to your midwife I’m sure she can give you some useful advice XX

NHS only advises folic acid and vitamin D. Pregnacare can be expensive so I'm sure there are other brands that have the same ingredients but at a lower price
