Severe headaches

Can anyone help as i really don't know what else to do. I am currently 13 weeks pregnant and for the last 2-3 week have been suffering with severe headaches. I've tried paracetamol, cold compresses, the forehead sticks, drinking lots and lots of water, lying in dark rooms, and nothing helps at all. I had cut caffeine out but have gone back to drinking two cups of coffee a day incase it was withdrawals from caffeine, but that's not made a difference either.
I have been to the Dr who told me it was not al in pregnancy and there was nothing she can do. However they are getting worse and making me so miserable. I haven't been out of the house in over a week because the pain is that bad and I just want to be in a dark quiet room. I rang the EPU today who told me I would need to go back through my Gp and see them again, which I am currently waiting for a Dr to call me back, however I feel I'm only going to get the same as I did last time.

I'm hoping someone can give me some sort of advice or tips because I am so miserable, I would cry but it makes my head hurt even more 😩😩

Get a second opinion from a different GP at the practice. There are lots of things which can cause headaches. I once had an ear infection and for a week had the most excruciating headache painkillers didn't touch before it became apparent there was an infection. GP thought internal swelling was pressing on a nerve at the back of my head.
