Veiny boobs at 28 weeks

I'm 28+3 and my boobs today are SO veiny, a lot more than usual. And my nipples are quite a bit bigger and darker. Could this be the start of milk supply and my boobs to start leaking? 🤔

I am 28 today and have had milk for a week or so, not leaking yet but it’s there!
