9weeks 1 day and have been feeling pretty good, more good days than bad
But today... Feeling so sick, and so tired that I've had to nap twice,
How's everyone else's experience so far?

I'm very up and down, I'm 10 weeks tomorrow. Weeks 8 and 9 I was so exhausted I kept having to nap, but feeling slightly less tired now. My MS seemed to be easing off last week but came back with vengeance today, I nearly was sick on my train to work and gagged just at the taste of my lip seal this morning. So maybe my hormones aren't quite settling down yes Hmm

Also 9 weeks, and struggling a lot tbh. My morning sickness is bad and it's hard to sleep at night but just trying to stay positive, those around me have been really good.

It will get better ladies. I’m nearly 13 weeks. Started seeing a improvement around 12 weeks for me. It’s waitinf for the placenta to take over so your hormones settle.

Get as much as you can and it will get easier In a few weeks. Week 9 and 10 were brutal for me.

I can honestly say it does get better!

I had a terrible first trimester, was constantly sick and slept most of the time. I am now 20 weeks and it has got better and better each week. I only put up with cramps and back ache now which I’d rather have over sickness any day.

Good luck xx

Thank you all
We haven't told anyone yet and I think that's also quite hard when you're keeping it to yourself.
Its so not me to lie down all night and not do anything.
I'm going away this weekend too and it's skiing, I can't not go, just praying I feel more human! Maybe the fresh air will help! 🤔 @ButterflyRuns @OlivejuiceU2 @Lf89

Spent from week 6 until 11 falling asleep at 8 every evening and napping through my days off. Am 13 weeks now and starting to get some energy back.
