Maternity pay delay?

Has anyone else had this? I put in my claim beginning of November, was due beginning of Jan, knew I was a bit behind but haven't even had an acknowledgement. I thought it was an 8 week delay but that has passed and then some...

Going to phone up tomorrow if I can find the number but last time I called they weren't very helpful.

They've had long delays, around 14 weeks I believe. They are only just getting on top of it.
Best to call them though, yours should be top of the pile by now.

They received my application on 5 Dec and I got my response on 7 Jan. I think I'm quite a straightforward case, but hopefully the delays are improving now.
