Hi im new to mumsnet and this is my first ever post after lurking for some time! At around 7 weeks I had a small brown bleed when wiping, nothing major but enough to worry me. I had a scan at 9 weeks measuring 8+6 and all was absolutely fine and i felt so relieved. Everything has been fine since then until the last few days. On Saturday morning i woke up and went to the toilet and had some brown blood on wiping. That was it and i had nothing for the rest of the weekend. This morning, again on first trip to the bathroom there was more spotting but more of a rusty kind of colour and again nothing since for the rest of the day. Obviously my main fear is mmc but would the spotting be this inconsistent? Ive spoken to my midwife and maternity triage and neither were concerned or in fact bothered to be honest!
