Early pregnancy unit

Hiya so I'm 17 weeks pregnant with my third baby. This is the most nervous I have ever been no idea why. I started feeling the occasional movement daily about 15 and a half weeks but after a week it stopped completely. Getting worried something is wrong even though I know it is still early to feel movement regularly. Rang the hospital who put me through to the EPU who were lovely and said usually a doctor or someone has to refer you but on this occasion as I am worried she will book me in to be seen tomorrow. What are they likely to do ? Just listen in to find baby heartbeat with a doppler? She asked if I have had any pain I said a couple of mild cramps but I think if anything that is ligament pain.

When I rang in with a similar issue, they said they would just listen to the heartbeat. Fingers crossed everything is okay for you, like you say it is early days for regular movement.

They will just check for the heart beat with a Doppler I would imagine.
I went in for something similar as I felt movements at about 15 weeks then at 17 weeks one day I felt nothing I didn't feel my usual flutter so just phoned and they wanted me to be checked over. All okay but you know your own body and baby. All the best OP x

Thank you. I tried phoning last week but they just said it was normal and wouldn't see me but today I've called and the woman said usually she wouldn't but since I'm clearly worried she would. So nervous

It's easy to say don't be nervous but most of us have all been there.
Just remember. Your baby is still so small it's probably being a little pickle and moved so you can't feel the movements much and got itself very comfy!
They worry us don't they! X
