Old wive’s tales wrong or right ?!

I am all out in front and told by everyone I am expecting a boy. I also have not been that sick so again apparently that fits with a boy. I will be delighted with a boy or a girl but wondered if old wives have been accurate (or not!) for anyone out there ?!

I was all front with my 1st and this one both boys. I was everywhere with my 2nd which was also a boy.. Symptoms have varied with each pregnancy too as have cravings etc if I looked into most old wives tales I'm apparently having a girl but I'm deffinately having a boy.

I’m a believer of high + front bump = boy! There’s no scientific evidence to back it up, but I can always spot a boy bump

All out front here, very little weight gain anywhere else. No sickness. Was absolute convinced I was having a boy. As was everyone.

She was a girl! So I don't think you can rely on it.

I was really sick and low down with dd but bright as a button and high up with ds

But no generally I don’t believe in old wives tales

I had a high front bump and had a girl.

Mine's a boy and was a high front bump BUT I am 32 weeks and still being sick... my fav myth is craving sweet things = girl, craving savoury (particularly salty things) = boy.

If you put all wives tales together they end up contradicting each other.

I never believed one as none will be accurate for me.

Nope, my bumps were identical in my two pregnancies and I had one boy and one girl

Everyone told me mine was a boy on this basis but she's a girl

I'm all out front with my son but my sickness has been insatiable with my son AND my daughter.
I think mothers instinct is best. I was 100% certain both times what I was having.

The old wives' tales are correct 50% of the time.

I'm all front and still high, had zero sickness and it's a boy. My first was exactly the same and also a boy x

I was all up front...looked like I was hiding a giant bowling ball up my top, I was also not sick at all and I had a girl :)

I had a typical “boy bump”, all high and front, lots of people said I didn’t look pregnant from behind even at 9 months!! I didn’t have much morning sickness either, and craved salty/tangy foods.

Also had glowing skin and lush full hair, supposedly girls “steal your beauty”.
