Fundal Height?

I am a bit confused about fundal height measurement/graphs!
My measurement at 28 weeks was 28/29 (taken by midwife and student and they had different measurements). Which is in line with the weeks as far as I can gather?

However this has put me at over the higher line on my graph? So does that mean I am measuring big, despite measurement being in line with the weeks?!

Do you have a customised growth chart or is it a standardised one?

If it's a customised one then it's possible if you're petite, etc to be over the top line even though your cm is equal to weeks.

Have they referred you for a scan?

You will find your measurements will follow their own line so even though it's gone above the top line on your graph it doesn't mean alot at this stage. You are measuring correct for your gestation so I wouldn't worry. Plus it's not all baby it's fluid etc too. If you don't end up following a line they may then send you for a growth scan. I did get sent for one at 24 weeks as I was measuring 28... They say 2cm either way is usually no cause for concern

Customised chart, no referral for scan yet. I did feel a bit happier when I saw it was average for gestation, I am quite short so maybe that’s what it is!

It sounds fine. As PP said they allow 2cm.leaway.

At 38nweeks. I measured 34cm went for growth scan 4 days later. All fine. Was juts how baby was laid when she measured

With dd.. She measured small EVERY apt. From 28nweeks.meaning every few weeks was a scan.. Each time all ok
