I'm 7wks and have had horrid nausea since 5+5 with retching every morning and sometimes throughout the day. I was going to start taking vitamin B6 three times a day to tackle the nausea but first replaced my folic acid with a pregnancy multi-vitamin. The multi-vitamin contains one of the doses of B6 and a couple of days after I started it my nausea has pretty much gone. Still retching but life is bearable again. Has anyone else had success with just one dose of B6 a day? I've had a MMC before so am a little worried the nausea has disappeared.
