Pink and red spotting, is it all over...

Had light pink mucus when wiping and then the next time I went to the toilet I had a red dot on toilet paper. Is this the beginning of the end? I'm 6 weeks

I’ve had a little pink when I wipe this morning, after feeling particularly nauseous last night. Stressing but trying to reassure myself reading other posts on here... I’m somewhere between 6-12 weeks (don’t know more specifics because I went straight from stopping the pill to being pregnant).
