Hi I am 5 weeks today and I had a early scan due to bleeding on and off and pain but they could not see any think on the scan I’m so worried as I am high risk for a ectopic as I have had one and I have one tube also I’ve had 2 miscarriages I was constipated but I have relieved that sorry tmi and I do feel better but not a 100% I’m worried as my hcg levels are only 841 please and advise I would really appreciate thank you x

Hi hun, I could have practically written your post myself. I too have had a previous ectopic and 1 tube removed. I'm currently 6 weeks and have been having spotting today, will be going to hospital tomorrow to try and see what's going on.

It could be that it's too early to see anything on scan, at 5 weeks your levels could be in completely normal range too. Where is the pain located that you've been experiencing?

Hey it’s was one sided but I was constipated but got some stuff to take today and went to the toilet sorry about that and now it’s aching. Around my belly button. I have my cervical checked and it was tightly closed and my lining is perfect so worried I hope all is okay with you I had bright red on and off since yesterday if it does get any worse I will have to go back to the hospital but I’m trying to hold out to my next blood test Tuesday I really hope your spotting is okay and you get the clear fingers crossed for you x

When you say they couldn't see anything do you mean they couldn't see anything at all or just yolk sack etc? It could be your too early but hcg levels over 800 seem high for nothing to be seen.
Hope you get some good news at your next blood test.

They could not see no sac sorry the only thing they said to me is as I am just 5 weeks today my calculations could be of a couple of days if my bloods go up I will have a second scan and thank you x

Update I am currently miscarrying 😭 I will get the help that i need as it’s my 3rd miscarriage thanks for your answers really appreciated xx
