Ovary pains

Does anyone know why my ovaries are getting pains today at 20+5? I've had the odd ovary pain throughout the pregnancy but today seems like lots of them. Nothing mentioned about ovaries at my scan a few days ago. Thanks

Yes I have had that too. Apparently you can get the odd cyst on them. I’d mention it to your midwife or if it’s really painful go and see the GP?
