This is my second pregnancy and I am struggling REALLY bad with nausea and what to eat. I have severe gluten intolerance and all my cravings are completely off limits! I'm also dairy intolerant. I think I'm just feeling sorry for myself lol.

My first pregnancy I could eat whatever I wanted after the sickness period passed.

I'm gluten free and veggie, my DH is coeliac and lactose intolerant so meal times are interesting! I snack on fruit, yoghurts and nuts mostly. I'm craving Chinese (we haven't found one we can safely eat at so just have to keep craving!) and also supernoodles ☹️ lol.

Me and also dairy intolerant. Things like crispy chilli beef from Sainsbury's is GF and takes the edge off when you really fancy a Chinese. Also rice noodles are a good substitute for super noodles.
In terms of nausea, I found the schar salty crackers are good (they're a bit like Ritz ones).

I’m gluten free and vegan! I’m 9 weeks and mostly living on potatoes, crisps and gluten free ginger biscuits. Nairn also do mini packs of gf oat cakes and There’s a salt flavour which I’ve been loving
